浅谈冲天炉—感应电炉双联熔炼要点

摘　　要：在双联熔炼中,为获得纯净铁液,冲天炉熔炼应注意：（1）选用优质、稳定的原辅材料;（2）根据我国焦炭质量,冲天炉宜采用3~4排小风口,风口比控制在3%~6%;（3）要根据工厂的实测数据绘制出冲天炉的实际网状图。保温感应电炉的使用应注意：筑炉材料的选用,筑炉工艺和烧结工艺的确定等。In order to obtain pure iron melt in duplex melting it is necessary for the cupola melting to pay attention to： a） adopting high quality and stable raw and auxiliary materials; b） Considering the quality situation of coke in China, it is appropriate to adopt the cupola with 3~4 rows tuyeres, and keep the section ratio of tuyeres/furnace hearth as 3%~6%; c） it is necessary to establish a practical cupola net graph based on the data obtained by practical test. And it is necessary for the usage of the induction holding furnace to pay attention to the selection of lining materials, lining tamping process and sintering process, etc.
