摘 要:采用2540膜中试设备对含Fe2+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Al3+四种金属离子的硫酸废液进行分离实验研究,考察硫酸浓度、金属离子浓度、操作压力等操作条件对金属离子截留率的影响.中试实验结果表明:当Fe2+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Al3+四种金属离子硫酸盐的质量分数分别为0.5%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%,操作压力为2 MPa,稀液与浓液比为2,硫酸的质量分数为10%时,Fe2+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Al3+四种金属离子的截留率均可达到96%以上,硫酸在稀液中有一定程度富集,硫酸的质量分数可达到12.5%,且四种金属离子在稀液中浓度为10~100 mg/L,硫酸可回收利用.Four metallic ions (Fe^2+ ,Mn^2+, Zn^2+, Al^3+) , which contained in sulfuric acid waste liquid, were separated by 2540 membrane experimental equipment. The effects: of operating parameters such as concentration of sulfuric acid and metallic ions, and operation pressure on metallic ion retention rates were investigated, respectively. The results show that the optimum conditions for recovery rate of sulfuric acid approaching 12. 5% are as follows: the mass fractions of ferric sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate and aluminum sulfate were 0. 5%, 0. 2%, 0. 5% and 1.0%, the operation pressure is 2 MPa, the ratio of thin liquid to dope is 2, the mass fractions of sulfuric acid is 10%. Under the same experimental conditions, the retention rates of four metallic ions can all achieve above 96% and concentrations of these ions in the thin liquid are from 10 to 100 mg/L. The sulfuric acid recovered by this membrane treatment process can be reused.
