摘  要:通过对陶瓷膜膜通量随时间衰减的分析,在Hemia的颗粒体系理论模型的基础上,分析海水超滤体系中完全堵塞、中间堵塞、标准堵塞和滤饼堵塞4种堵塞模型对膜污染的控制程度,并确定整个膜污染过程并不是单一的膜堵塞模型控制,而是由多个模型联合控制,且随时间的变化而逐渐从标准堵塞向饼层堵塞过渡.以平均孔径为0.1μm陶瓷膜为研究对象,在跨模压差(TMP)为0.10 MPa下,处理絮凝沉降后的海水,研究膜面流速为2.5 m/s通量衰减情况及上述四种堵塞模型随通量衰减的符合程度.The decline of the permeation flux with time in seawater pretreatment was studied, based on Hermia's model, four blocking models (i. e. complete, standard, intermediate and cake blocking) and each degree of influence in fouling control were investigated. The detail analyses show that the flux decline not only depends on one of these models, but also depends on a successive or simultaneous coexistence of two or more of them. In this experience, 0. 1 μm ceramic membrane, under performance condition of transmembrane pressure (TMP) 0. 1 MPa and 2. 5 m/s of crossflow rate, was used to study the process of penetrative flux and the degree of accordance to the decline of the permeation flux for four models.
