摘　　要：武装冲突法运用得当与否,关系到在战争或武装冲突中能否处于主动地位,从而直接影响战争进程的顺利发展。研究武装冲突法的具体法律运用,对于我军应对当前国际形势下可能出现的各种冲突具有重要的现实意义。Whether the Law of Armed Conflict exert properly decide to be initiative position in the war,which affect directly development of the war.Study particular law exertions of the law of armed conflict have important meaning for our army to deal with all kinds of the conflicts under the currently international position.
