摘 要:研究目的:基于土地利用与社会经济发展耦合关系原理探讨新形势下土地利用功能分区思路,为区域土地利用调控提供依据。研究方法:以广西柳城县为例,通过对基本区划单元的耦合关系评价,得到土地开发利用指数和土地保护指数在空间上的组合,并据此确定土地利用功能分区。研究结果:将研究区域划分为优化开发区、重点开发区、适度开发区和禁止开发区,使各区划单元的土地利用、经济发展水平与资源环境承载能力得到较好的匹配。研究结论:分区方案及结果可以较为清晰地反映区域土地利用变化和社会经济发展关系,引导土地利用、经济布局与资源环境承载力相适应,增强可持续发展能力。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the idea of functional zoning of land use under new circumstances basing on the principle of coupling relationship between land use and social economic development, which can provide references for the adjustment of regional land use. The case study of this paper selects Liucheng County of Guangxi Province as an example. The functional zoning of land use is determined according to the spatial combination of indices of the land development and land preservation, which are assessed in terms of the coupling relationship amongst basic divisional units. The results indicate that the land use, economic development level and carrying capacities of resources and environment in each divisional unit can be better matched through land zoning, such as optimized development zone, important development zone, moderate development zone and development-prohibited zone. It is concluded that the land zoning plan and results can clearly reflect the relationship between changes in regional land use and social economic development. It can further accelerate the compatibleness among land use, economic zoning, and carrying capacity of resources and environment, and also enhance the sustainable development ability.
