摘　　要：农村经济体制改革30多a来取得了巨大成功,但农村发展仍没摆脱制度供给与需求之间矛盾的困扰。目前,农村资源和农民资产市场化资本化的探索正是对市场经济体制进一步完善的必然要求,此次探索将成为破解农村发展难题的战略性举措,但这需要以深化改革和完善法律法规为主建立新的经济制度。China’s rural economic system reform over 30 years has made great success,but the rural development is still not out of the contradiction between the supply and the demand disturbances.At present,the exploration on marketlization and capitalization of rural resource and farmer asset has become the necessary requirement to further improve the market economic system,which will be a strategic measure to crack the hard issues in rural development,but it needs to establish a new economic system based on deepening the reform and improving the laws and regulations.
