摘　　要：分析了天津农学院校级科研课题资助的效果情况,指出了科研管理方面存在的问题。并从实践层面对加强校级自选科研课题管理提出了几点建议,旨在为高等农业院校的科技发展提供参考。It is analyzed the research funding effect of the college projects in Tianjin Agricultural University,and the existing problems are also pointed out.Several suggestions on improving the scicentific research management of the college projects are put forward in order to provide some references for the scientific and technological development in agricultural colleges and universities.
