双轴转动的太阳自动跟踪装置研究和设计

摘　　要：借助于阳光的光热效应加热金属圆筒内的混合气体,受热后压强增大,将油箱内的油压入对侧金属圆筒,随着油液质量的增加,其产生的重力矩使得转动装置发生转动;该装置设计的转轴可使太阳能集热器或电池板绕x方向及y方向转动,依靠覆盖在金属圆筒上的遮光板随转动后接受阳光照射面积的不同对装置转动进行自动调节,最终使阳光垂直入射到太阳能集热器或电池板。该装置配有阻尼器防止大风等外力作用引起装置剧烈转动,在无外力作用下可使装置恢复平衡状态。A solar heating effect of warmth by the mixed gases in metal cylinder was designed,and the pressure increased by heated.The oil was pushed down opposite metal cylinder,the gravitational moment of the device will incease because of quality of oil.Then the device will turn.This device can make the axis of solar energy water-heater or solar cells turn along hx and y directions axis.It is automatically adjusted rely on the area of sunshine irradiating on the metal cylinder with the covering on the metal cylinder rotated,finally make sunshine perpendicular incident to solar energy water-heater or solar cells.This device equipped with damper which can prevent sharp turn caused by external forces such as wind.It can make the device to restore balance.
