摘　　要：对现场运行的关口电能计量装置,检定发现不合格后,研究其在不延长停电时间情况下实现等效计量。提出两种方案,描述其对应的现象,并对比结果进行论证。For the col energy metering device running in site as it is evaluated to be not qualified, the realizing equivalent measurement, under the condition of net extending outage time, is studied. This paper proposes two schemes, describes the corresponding phenomenon and demonstrates the comparison of the results.
