摘　　要：湛江奥里油发电厂2×600 MW机组锅炉在运行过程中出现空气预热器严重堵灰现象,严重影响机组安全运行,为避免故障停机,降低运行营成本,研究出空预器在线水冲洗技术,该技术的应用提高了机组运行的安全性。In Zhanjiang Orimulsion Power Plant 2 × 600 MW units during operation of the boiler the serious ash clogging phenomenion occurred at the air preheater,which seriously affected the safe operation of generating units,in order to avoid downtime and reduce the cost of running the online washing technology for air preheater was developed, which enhanced the safety of operation.
