摘 要:为解决空冷发电厂夏季高背压运行影响汽轮机安全问题,保证夏季机组出力,采用喷水加湿降低空气温度的方法作为尖峰冷却措施,以提高空冷凝汽器的冷却能力。文中分析了喷水加湿的理论过程,指出绝热饱和温度是喷水使空气达到饱和湿空气的最低温度,并给出了编程计算绝热饱和温度的方法。比较了理论加湿过程与实际喷水过程的差异,供水能力不足和喷嘴雾化效果不好是导致喷水加湿过程达不到预定效果的直接和间接原因。The higher operating vacuum pressure of air-cooled power plant greatly affects the safety and power output of steam turbine in summer, so the method of reducing air temperature by spray humidification is used. The cooling capacity of air-cooled condenser can also be improved by this method. The theoretical process of spray humidification is analyzed in this paper. The method of calculating the adiabatic saturated temperature by programming is given in this paper and the research shows that the adiabatic saturated temperature is the lowest temperature that makes the air saturated by spraying water. The differences between the theoretical humidification and the actual spray processes are compared. The poor supply capacity of water and nozzle spraying are the direct and indirect reasons why the spraying humidification process can not reach the expected effect.
