摘 要:利用MCNP程序模拟研究了管壁腐蚀对γ散射法检测油垢厚度的影响。模拟结果表明缺陷的散射光子的响应要高于油垢对散射光子的响应,管壁腐蚀程度对测垢的影响是有规律的。60Co和137Cs放射源均可以用于对管壁腐蚀厚度的监测,结果显示在缺陷的监测方面,60Co放射源要优于137Cs放射源,在油垢厚度的监测方面137Cs放射源要优于60Co放射源。Preliminary research on the influence of the tube wall corrosion to measure the grease stain thickness by using γ-ray scattering method has been carried out with MCNP code system. Simulation re- suits show that the effect of the tube wall corrosion on measuring grease stain thickness was regular. And moreover, the response of the tube wall corrosion thickness to scattering counts was higher than the grease stain thickness. Both 60 Co and 137 Cs radioactive source can be used to measure the thickness of tube wall corrosion. Preliminary research results shows that 60Co radioactive source is better than 137Cs for measuring the tube corrosion thickness, but137Cs radioactive source would be the better choice for measuring the grease stain thickness.
