摘 要:为了探索矽肺患者免疫球蛋白的变化与血液流变学的关系,我们测定了本院门诊及住院的83例不同期别矽肺病人的血清免疫球蛋白和血液流变学有关指标。结果显示:晚期(Ⅱ、Ⅲ期)和进展期矽肺患者的血液高粘滞状态不仅与红细胞比积及红细胞的粘弹特性有关,而且与血清免疫球蛋白、尤其是IgG和IgA的含量增加有关,而与纤维蛋白原未显示相关。For the purpose of exploring the relationship between increasing immunoglobulin of plasma and ahemorheology of patients with silicosis,we measured the relative indices of plasma immunoglobulin and ahemorheology of 83 outpatient and hospitalized cases who were suffering from silicosis in various degrees.The results show:the state of hyper viscosity in patients with late(Ⅱ or Ⅲ degree) and progressive silicosis is not only related with PCV and characteristics of adhesiviness and elasticity of red blood cells,but also with increasing amount of immunoglobulin in plasma,especially IgG and IgA.There is no evidenece to show that fibrinogen is connected with hyper viscosity of plasma.
