摘 要:采用盆栽试验,对兰引3号结缕草(Zoysia japonica Steud.)在不同施肥处理条件下的草坪质量及其土壤肥力进行了研究.结果表明,不同施肥处理之间草坪草叶片叶绿素和地上风干生物量存在显著差异.对草坪草颜色、密度、质地以及生长速度进行综合分析,草坪质量最好的是施肥处理N1/2F1,其次是处理N1F1.与试验前比较,种草后草坪土壤有机质提高,但土壤有效氮和钾降低;施肥处理的土壤有机质、有效氮和有效钾都低于未施肥的对照处理,但不同施肥处理间差异不显著.Pot experiment was carried out to study turf quality and soil fertility of Zoysia japonica L.under different fertilization treatments.The results showed that there were significant difference in leaf chlorophyll and ground dry biomass between different fertilizer treatments.The turf quality of the combination N1/2F1 was the best,the combination N1F1 was better,with respect to the turf color,density,texture and growth rate.Compared to the soil fertility before the experiment,the organic matter of the soil grassed increased,while the soil available nitrogen and potassium decreased.The organic matter,available nitrogen and potassium of the soil fertilized were lower than that of the controlled,but there was no significant difference between different fertilizer treatments.
