摘 要:对自行设计的连续流活性污泥和生物膜反硝化除磷脱氮系统的除磷脱氮效果进行了研究,并对该系统的反硝化聚磷菌(Denitrifying phosphate bacteria,DPB)进行了分离鉴定,以及反硝化聚磷菌富集.结果表明,当进水总磷为6~10 mg/L,总氮为30~35 mg/L,氨氮为25~30 mg/L,化学需氧量(Chemical oxygen demand,COD)为150~250 mg/L时,系统出水总磷、总氮、氨氮和COD分别为0.65 mg/L、12.6 mg/L、3.8 mg/L和34mg/L,出水达到国家排放标准;系统中DPB以不动杆菌属(Acinetobactor)、肠杆菌科(Enterobacteriaceae)、假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)和副球菌属(Paracoccus)为主,其中琼氏不动杆菌(A.junii)是一类新的反硝化聚磷菌;当系统运行至第167 d时,系统中DPB所占比例为质量分数94%;经系统反硝化聚磷菌富集后,聚磷菌的种类集中.The self-designed simultaneous phosphorus and nitrogen removal system named MA2/O were studied.The denitrifying phosphate bacteria(DPB) in the system was isolated and identified.The results showed that when the concentration of TP,TN,NH+4-N and COD in the influent were 6~10 mg/L,30~35 mg/L,25~30 mg/L and 150~250 mg/L,respectively,the concentration of TP,TN,NH+4-N and COD in final effluent in the experimental process were 0.65 mg/L,12.6 mg/L,3.8 mg/L and 34 mg/L,respectively.The main DPB strains in the system were isolated and identified to be Acinetobactor,Enterobacteriaceae,Pseudomonas,Staphylococcus and Paracoccus.The proportion of DPB was 94% on the 167th day.Tests showed that the device could be applied to handle the standard of water up to the national level.The results of enrichment showed that the types of bacteria were concentrated,with A.junii found as a kind of DPB for the first time.
