摘 要:利用傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR),交联密度及力学性能的测试,研究了丁羟粘合剂体系在高温老化过程中的化学反应、结构变化及其对力学性能的影响规律。研究发现,粘合剂体系的网络交联密度与力学性能之间有着很强的相关性,以老化时间为桥梁,可建立丁羟粘合剂体系交联密度与力学性能之间的相关模型,利用该模型可由粘合剂体系的网络交联密度预估其力学性能。Crosslink density,FTIR spectrum and mechanical properties of HTPB binder system during its aging process were measured and analyzed.The chemical reactions during its aging process,the change of chemical structure and their effects on the mechanical properties of the HTPB binder were studied.The results show that there is a correlation between crosslink density of HTPB binder system and its mechanical properties.The model of correlation between crosslink density and mechanical properties of HTPB binder system can be established using aging time as an intermediary,and the model can be used to calculate the mechanical properties of the binder system from its crosslink density.
