摘 要:采用12.7mm穿甲燃烧弹,研究陶瓷/钢复合装甲当陶瓷支撑钢板厚度不同时抗弹性能的变化情况。靶板采用Al2O3陶瓷作为面板,背板采用高强度钢板,装甲铝合金为基板,背板与面板之间应粘结良好。研究结果表明:陶瓷面板厚度为10mm时,随着钢背板厚度增加,整体结构的抗弹能力提高;陶瓷面板厚度为8mm,钢背板厚度为1-2mm时,抗弹能力随着背板厚度增加变化不显著;面/背板间高粘接强度可保证陶瓷面板具有优良抗弹性能。With the 12.7mm armor piercing (AP) ammunition, experiments had been done for the ceramic/steel armors when thickness of chip-off plates of ceramic are different, in order to investigate the influence of thickness of chip-off plates of ceramic on the ballistic properties of such armors. Bearer plates were made of ceramic, high-strength steel was used for chip-off plates, and aluminum alloy was made for base plates. It was found that ballistic properties increased with chip-off plates when thickness of bearer plates is 10mm. When bearer plates are 8mm thick, ballistic properties of such armors haven't large change when chip-off plates are different thick. Bearer plates and chip-off plates are bonded closely that can improve the ballistic properties of ceramic bearer plates.
