丙硫咪唑药糖在重疫区控制肠道线虫病的报告  

EFFECT OF ALBENDAZOLE MEDICATED CANDY AGAINST INTESTINAL HELMINTHLASIS IN HYPER ENDEMIC AREA.

摘　　要：本文应用丙硫咪唑药糖，在肠道线虫病重流行区，对４４１例患者进行了疗效观察，取得了较为满意的效果。４００ｍｇ一次顿服和４００ｍｇ连报二天对钩虫、蛔虫及鞭虫的虫卵阴转率前者分别为４５．８％、９７．７％和４６．４％，后者分别为８６．７％、９７．８％和４７．６％。４００ｍｇ连服二天对钩虫的疗效显著优于丙硫咪唑片剂及噻嘧啶片剂，对蛔、鞭虫疗效无显著性差异，该药糖副反应轻，口感好，味道甜，服用方便，群众乐意接受。适用于中小学校、幼儿园、农村村民的群体防治肠道线虫病。Satisfactory effect has been achieved among 441 intestinal helminthiais cases treated with albendazole medicated candy in Wanshou Township,Yuechi County,a hyper endemic area of Sichuan.The hookworm,ascarid,and whipworm egg negative conversion rates of single dose of 400mg and 400mg per day for 2 succesive days reached 45 8%,86 7%,96 75,97 8%,and 46 4%,47 6 respectively.The effect of albendazole medicated candy against hookworm was better than,but against ascarid,whipworm was as same as that of albendazole tablet or pyrantel pamoate tablet.It has been suggested by the authors that albendazole medicated candy is suitable for mass treatment against intestinal helminthiasis in primary or middle school students,kindergarten children and villagers in rural areas because of its mild side effect,sweet taste and simple operation.
