成都市HIV/AIDS监测及感染现状分析

摘　　要：为了解ＨＩＶ／ＡＩＤＳ在我市的流行情况，我们于１９９１～１９９７年在本市开展ＨＩＶ／ＡＩＤＳ监测工作。通过对高危人群血清学检测（ＰＡ法及ＥＬＩＳＡ法重复试验阳性，送省ＨＩＶ监测中心作ＷＢ试验确证）以及疫情监视及流行病学调查的方法进行ＨＩＶ／ＡＩＤＳ监测。结果：高危人群血清学检测４４３４人份（１９９５～１９９７年），于１９９７年检出阳性２例，检出率４．５１／万，首次检出吸毒者阳性１例；疫情监视ＨＩＶ感染者１１例，为其它地区监测发现通报我市的ＨＩＶ感染者。并对所有感染者（１３例）进行流行病学调查分析。首例感染者是１９９１年发现的归国人员，已于１９９７年发病，感染者中以有偿献血员最多占６９．２３％（９／１３）。文章讨论揭示本市ＨＩＶ感染状况严峻及其危险因素，提示应抓住当前防制的有利时机，开展有计划有步骤的防制工作。加强各采、供血机构及血、血制品的管理，加强高危人群的行为干预。For understanding the epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS in Chengdu,we have done the HIV/AIDS supervision from 1991 to 1997.HIV/AIDS supervision contains serological test of easily infected HIV people(if positive,by PA and ELISA test methods,confirmed by WB test of provincial HIV supervisory center) and epidemic situation supervision & epidemiological investigation.The result showed that 2 positives were found in 1997,from 4434 serum samples of easily infected HIV people(1995～1997),the rate of positive is 4 51×10 -4 ,in addition to first time found 1 positive from heroin user;11 HIV infected persons were informed by other areas HIV supervision net.After epidemiological investigation and analysis of above 13 HIV infected persons,we discovered that the first HIV infected person returned from overseas in 1991 and changed into AIDS patient in 1997;Most of all HIV infected persons are the paid blood donors,who took up 69 23%(9/13).This paper demonstrates that HIV infection situation is serious and perilous in Chengdu,it is a good time for us in plans and steps to do prevention and control work,which include strengthening the supervision of blood collection & providing department and blood & blood products;enhancing the act intervention of easily infected HIV people;doing good administration of HIV infected persons.
