摘　　要：粮食危机以及由此引发的粮食安全问题是目前世界各国关注的热点问题。引发粮食危机的因素很多,但是全球土地资源的减少和土地质量退化是最直接的因素,近年出现的海外屯田热潮就是其鲜明的例证。本文从土地资源的角度,论证了中拉农业合作不宜采取海外屯田的方式,而是要通过建立大型跨国农业投资贸易公司,在拉美建立农业生产基地,控制相关农产品的国际物流,从而增强我国在重要农产品国际市场上的定价权。The food crisis and the food security issue arising from it have incurred common concern in the world.The decrease of land resources and the land degradation are viewed as the major causes triggering the food crisis,which have resulted a worldwide craze of farming abroad.The article seeks to analyze the agricultural cooperation between China and Latin America from the perspective of land resources and points out that farming abroad is not a good alternative for China to expand its agricultural cooperation with Latin America.It suggests that it is necessary for China to set up international trading and investment companies for agriculture and install agricultural production bases in Latin America,which will contribute to China's position in safeguarding the food security and exerting a larger control over commodity prices.
