摘 要:[目的]分析1998—2007年厦门地区从水和水产品中分离的220株O1群霍乱弧菌非产毒株的型别分布。[方法]220株菌株的基因组DNA经NotⅠ酶切、脉冲场电泳后,利用Bionumerics软件分析电泳图谱。[结果]以90.0%为标准,220株菌株可分成50种不同的脉冲场电泳技术(PFGE)型,相同来源的同一批菌株属于相同PFGE型别;不同来源或不同年份的菌株的PFGE型存在差异,但部分菌株属于相同PFGE型。[结论]水和水产品污染的霍乱弧菌O1群非产毒株趋异性高,牛蛙养殖池与周围环境存在交叉污染;脉冲场电泳技术有助于对霍乱的日常监测。[Objective] To analyze the genetic types of the V.cholerae O1 non-toxigenic isolates from environmental water and seafood from 1998 to 2007 in Xiamen,Fujian.[Methods] The DNA samples of 220 V.cholerae isolates were digested with Not Ⅰand then were analyzed by pulse filed gel electrophoresis(PFGE).PFGE patterns were analyzed by Bionumerics software.[Results] Taking 90% similarity as cut off value,220 isolates were divided into 50 distinctive PFGE patterns.Strains from the same batch samples belonged to the same patterns.For the strains isolated from the samples of different site or period,most PFGE patterns showed a divergence in varying degrees,though some were almost the same one.[Conclusion] There is obvious genetic divergence among isolates in Xiamen,and cross contamination of V.cholerae existed in a long-standing way between bullfrog cultivated ponds and environmental water.PFGE could be applied as a stable and reliable analysis method for V.cholerae surveillance.
