摘　　要：通过DCS系统在Ausmelt冶炼工艺中的应用实践,扼要地介绍了TPS3000系统的组成、Ausmett冶炼工艺的特点,对控制系统的要求、控制方法的实现。此外对使用过程出现的问题及解决的办法也作了简单介绍。This paper through the application and practice of DCS system in AUSMELT smelting process,briefly introuduced the components of TPS3000 system,the characteristics of AUSMELT smelting process,the requerements of control system and the implementation of control methods.In addition,the problems and solutions in process are also briefly introduced.
