摘 要:研究了从氯盐体系中隔膜电解提取Ni-Fe合金的工艺。实验主要考察了Ni2+浓度、电解液pH值、H3BO3浓度、阴极电流密度、电解液温度对电流效率、槽压和产品质量的影响。结果表明,当电解液中[Fe2+]=80 g/L,[Ni2+]=40~50 g/L,[H3BO3]=15 g/L,pH=1.5~2.0时,在电流密度为300~350 A/cm2,温度为50~55℃的条件下,采用阴离子膜电解,电流效率可达98%,产品中镍含量在20%以上,可满足工业生产需要。Electrowinning process of Ni-Fe alloys from chloride aqueous solution is investigated.The influence of the Ni2+ concentration,electrolyte pH,H3BO3 concentration,cathode current density,electrolyte temperature on current efficiency,cell voltage and quality of the deposits are studied experimentally.The results show that a comparative smooth and compact deposit of Ni-Fe alloys with 98% current efficiency can be achieved under the conditions of 80 g/L Fe2+,40 ~ 50 g/L Ni2+,15 g/L H3BO3,1.5 ~ 2.0 pH,300 ~ 350 A/cm2 current density and 50 ~ 55 ℃ temperature by anion-exchange membrane Electrowinning.The nickel content of Ni-Fe alloys is above 20%,which can satisfy the demands of the industrial production.
