摘　　要：文章介绍了一种由传感器和PLC组成的新型电子热继电器保护装置在桥式起重机中的应用。该保护装置对桥式起重机的三相异步电动机起到保护作用,具有过流、过热、断相等保护功能。性能可靠、稳定,可有效地对异步电动机进行保护,大大减少电动机在使用中的故障。This paper presented a new type of monolithic sensor and PLC motor thermal relay protection device in the application of the bridge crane,overhead cranes on the three-phase asynchronous motor has protective effects of motor over-current,overheating,breaking phase and so on.The reliability and stabilization was offering effective protection for asynchronous motor,greatly reducing motor failures in practice.
