B型超声波诊断腰椎间盘膨出的价值(附40例CT对照分析)

摘　　要：采用超声波对４０例经ＣＴ证实的腰椎间盘膨出病例进行观察，从椎间盘的外形、横径和矢径的大小及内部回声的不同来总结Ｂ超下腰椎间盘膨出的特点。结果表明，４０例中ＣＴ检出５５个椎间盘膨出，Ｂ超检出５２个椎间盘膨出，诊断符合率为９４．５％。说明Ｂ超对腰椎间盘膨出的诊断与ＣＴ相比具有相当的价值。The characteristics of B mode ultrasonographs of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia (LIDH) were summed up through ultrasonic observation on the outline, internal echo, transverse and sagittal diameter of the discs in 40 cases of CT verified LIDH. The result showed that of 55 herniated discs diagnosed by CT in the 40 cases, 42 were diagnosed as the herniated by B mode ultrasonic scanning with a diagnostic accordence rate of 94.5 %, suggesting that B mode ultrasonic scanning has a fair value in the diagnosis of LIDH in comparison with CT.
