摘　　要：某电缆制造企业质量管理水平相对落后,质量控制水平还处在质量检验阶段,许多工序的控制依靠操作者的经验,用数据说话的质量管理方法还未在企业全面推广。结合该企业实际情况,运用U控制图对高温电缆的芯线裂痕数进行考量分析,对生产的质量进行动态过程的分析.The quality management level in a cable manufacturer company is backward. The quality control level is in the quality inspection stage, the control of many processes still depend on the operators＇ experience. Depending on data quality management methods have not fully promote the enterprise. In this paper, with actual conditions of the enterprise, the paper uses U-chart to analyze the cracks in the core wire of high temperature cables and the quality of dynamic production process.
