摘 要:针对目前家禽在市场销售中采用人工脱毛的现状,为了降低劳动强度,提高经济效益,文中设计了家禽脱毛机。应用机械原理、机械设计等专业理论知识对脱毛机的整机结构和传动装置进行设计计算;在Pro/E的零件环境下对脱毛机进行零件图三维建模,在Pro/E的装配环境下对脱毛机零件图进行装配,并对整机进行运动干涉检查。仿真结果表明,该设计是合理的。该设计为家禽脱毛提供了一种安全、快速的工具。In view of the current production status of artificially depilarion in the market. In order to reduce the labor intensity and en- hance economic efficiency, a poultry depilation machine is designed. The transmission device and mechanism is calculated by using Mechanical theory and the mechanical designing. Modeling of machine components is planed on the parts drawing of the Pro/E, and assemblied on the assembly drawing of the Pro/E. Then the movement interference situation was inspected for the virtual modeling machine by using Pro/E soft-ware. Tests show that the design of poultry depilation machine is reasonable.
