摘　　要：阐述了TFT-LCD玻璃切割机的工作原理和机械结构,分析了支承轴对精度的影响,采用cosmosworks有限元分析软件计算应变,并进行了结构改进。The article introduces the work principle and the structure of TFT-LCD glass scriber. And it also analyses specially the influence of the shaft on precision. Cosmosworks finite element analysis software is applied to calculate the strain, and proposes improvements to the structure of the equipment.
