摘　　要：临床与科研工作脱节，是目前医学科研工作中的一个常见现象。事实上，立足临床，做好临床科研，既具有很大的价值，又是国家重点支持的方向。解决临床问题时的各种探索和思考，本质上即为科研的一部分，与科研成果近在咫尺。要将这一过程转化为高质量的临床科研成果，需要有钻研的精神，需要运用循证医学的方法，需要一个知识与技术结构合理的团队。It is a common phenomenon that medical research is out of line with clinical work at present. In fact, there is intrinsic interrelation between clinical work and research. Thinking and exploration at clinics are part of the research, and any research based on clinical work not only has great value, but also receives strong support from the state. However, to translate clinical research into clinical practice is diffi- cult, which requires evidence-based methodology, a knowledgable team with persistence andtechnologies, et al.
