摘　　要：文中基于空港物流的发展现状,对比国内外空港的发展态势,从杭州本身情况出发,对杭州发展空港物流进行优势、劣势、机会、威胁分析,即SWOT分析。根据分析结果列出SWOT矩阵,提出发展战略及具体策略,从而为政府决策提供现实指导意义。This paper,which based on the current situation of the development of airport logistics and Hangzhou,uses SWOT analysis to analyze Hangzhou airport logistics by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of other airports. This analysis includes strength analysis,weakness analysis,opportunity analysis and threats analysis. At last,we recommend the SWOT matrix. So we put forward appropriate development strategies and specific tactics in order to provide practical significance to the government
