摘　　要：在市场经济发展的浪潮中,市场竞争的愈演愈烈,企业越来越关注企业物资供应管理。物资供应管理被称为"第三利润源",是现代企业经营管理的核心部分。科学的物资供应管理方法能够有效地降低库存量,加速采购资金运转周期,提高采购物资的质量,为企业争取新的经济效益。如何发挥企业物资供应管理的作用,是企业进一步发展和获取利润的关键。With the advent of knowledge economic epic and the trend of global economy,the more and more intense competition among enterprises,scientific management methods of materials become the important key to success and profit source. Therefore,material supply management is referred to as ＂the third profit source＂,and is also the core of modern enterprise management section.
