摘　　要：依据约束理论,结合花卉业物流的特点,基于成本驱动,对花卉业物流存在的主要问题进行分析,站在降低花卉业物流总体成本的角度,提出成本驱动的花卉业物流CCE模式:在需求管理方面采用CPFR模式,运输环节实现全程冷链,结合电子商务,构建高效、低损、全程冷链的花卉业物流体系。Based on theory of constraints,combining the characteristics of floral industry logistics,based on cost-driven,analyze the main problems to reduce the overall cost of floral industry logistics.Propose CCE pattern of floral industry logistics based on cost-driven model：Used CPFR in demand management,Implementing cold chain transport,combinating e-commerce,to construct effective,small losses cold chain floral industry logistics system.
