摘　　要：目的总结应用皮瓣、复合皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损的临床效果。方法应用22种类型的皮瓣、复合皮瓣移植（位）修复组织缺损277例，其中吻合血管移植6种56例，带蒂皮瓣16种221例。结果移植皮瓣成活269例，坏死8例，成活率97％。结论采用皮瓣移植修复严重复杂创伤性组织缺损可保肢，只要严格掌握手术适应证，就能获得预期良好效果。Objective To analysis the clinical results of using transplantation skin and composite flaps to reconstruct the extremities soft tissue defects. Methods 277 cases were treated by flap transplantation, 221 cases with 16 transfers of vascularised flaps and 56 cases with 6 transfers of vaso-anastomosed flaps. Results 269 cases survived, 8cases were in veil, the survival rate was 97%. Conclusion The microsurgicat method is the useful technical to treat serious extremities damaged which can be reserve limbs and obtain good outline and function.
