摘 要:目的掌握土源性线虫病在海南省的流行动态及流行规律,为制定土源性线虫病防治策略与措施提供科学依据。方法根据流行区地理位置选择两个调查点,采用一粪三检的改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz法),检查土源性线虫卵;对3~12岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵。使用EpiData2.1a软件建立调查资料数据库,应用Excel和Spss10.0软件,对监测资料进行统计学分析。结果全省监测2028人,总感染率为39.23%,其中钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫及3~12岁儿童蛲虫感染率分别为32.35%、0.69%、3.80%、37.05%。流行特征以丘陵地区感染高于山区,以汉族、农民、文盲的感染最高,女性感染高于男性。总感染率及钩虫感染率均随着年龄的增加而升高;鞭虫和蛔虫感染分别以学生和学龄前儿童较多。结论海南省中部及中北部地区土源性线虫感染呈下降趋势,但年长农民钩虫和3~12岁儿童蛲虫感染仍很严重,应作为优先防治重点,并采取综合性的防治措施,以达到控制土源性线虫病目标。Aim To timely grasp prevalent trend of soil-borne nmathelminthiasis in Hainan Province. Methods Two sites were investigated on the basis of geographic setting in epidemic area. Modified Kato-Katz thick smear method was used and worm eggs were detected. Cellophane tape swab techniques was also used as additional method if the children aged less than 12 year old. Results There 2 028 persons were investigated and total infection rate was 39.23%. The infection rates of hookworm,ascaris lumbricoide,whipworm and pinworm were 32.35%,0.69%,3.80%、37.05%,respectively. The infection rate in hilly areas was higher than mountainous areas,and higher in han nationality ,farmers and illiterates than other groups. The infection in female was higher than males. Conclusion The infection rate of soil-borne nemathelminthiasis showed a descending trend. But the the infection rates of hookworm in farmers and children under 12 years old is high and integrated l measures be adopted to control nemathelminthiasis.
