摘 要:目的了解湛江地区鼠形动物种群中汉坦病毒的自然感染情况,为肾综合症出血热针对性的预防和控制提供科学依据。方法用笼夜法在湛江地区捕鼠,捕获的鼠形动物首先进行分类鉴定,然后解剖和股动脉采血,分离血清采用ELISA法检测HFRSIgM抗体。结果在本地区共捕获鼠形动物379只2目2科4属7种。家鼠以褐家鼠为优势鼠种,野鼠以黄毛鼠为优势鼠种。其中不同鼠形动物自然感染率板齿鼠为4.26%,黄毛鼠为3.60%,黄胸鼠为3.57%,褐家鼠为0.90%;其他鼠形动物小家鼠、屋顶鼠、臭鼩鼱感染率均为0。结论湛江地区鼠类自然汉坦病毒感染率较高,存在家鼠和野鼠两型为宿主的汉坦病毒感染。Aim To investigation the natural infection of Hantaviruses in rodents and provide the guidance for the control and prevention of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Zhanjiang. Methods Rodents were captured by night trap and in the fh-st classification of identification,followed by dissection and collection of femoral artery blood,the final separation of serum using ELISA assay and detection of HFRS IgM antibodies. Results There were 379 rodents captured in different habitats of Zhanjiang,belonged to 7 sepecies,4 genera,2 families,2 orders. Rattus norvegieus was the dominant species in the indoor environment, but Rattus losea was predominant in wild environment. The natural infection of Bandicota,Rattus losea flavipectus, Rattus norvegicus were 4.26%, 3.60% 3.57% and 0.90%; Mus musculus, Rattus sladoni, Suncus murinus were not infected. Conclusion The infection rate of rodents with hantavirus is relatively high in Zhanjiang.
