摘  要:分析了互通立交布局原则,从高速公路规划决策者和用户角度出发,采用双层规划模型描述高速公路网互通立交布局优化问题。其中上层规划模型是从交通规划者的角度出发,优化互通立交布局,使得整个系统达到最优;下层规划模型从用户的角度出发,采用随机用户平衡模型来描述用户的出行规律,合理安排出行者的出行路线,使得用户最优。上层模型采用遗传算法求解,下层模型采用连续平均法求解。算例结果表明:模型迭代至19代即得最优解,效率较高,该模型可行。The common principles of layout planning for alternative interchange were analyzed,and a bi-level planning model was proposed to describe the layout optimization of alternative interchange from the perspectives of transportation planners and users.The upper-level model was from the perspective of transportation planners,its target was system optimization by optimizing interchange layout,and it was solved by genetic algorithm.The lower-level model was from the perspective of users,the traveling characteristics of users were described,the rational routes of users were arranged by adopting stochastic user equilibrium model,and the lower-level model was solved by the method of successive averages.Case computation result shows that the optimal solution is solved in 19 iterations,the model has high efficiency,and is feasible.1 tab,5 figs,10 refs.
