摘  要:以十二烷基苯为原料,经硝化、加氢和N烷化制得一种以双叔胺2,4二(N,N二丁基氨基)十二烷基苯为主要成分的新型萃取剂.其中硝化采用混酸硝化法,分两步进行,收率为926%;加氢采用5%钯炭催化剂,在55℃、12~15MPa下进行,收率为920%;N烷化采用季铵盐相转移催化剂催化,在氢氧化钠水溶液中于回流温度下进行,产物中目的产物的收率为486%.在以异辛醇为稀释剂、温度为25℃及相比为1的萃取条件下,该萃取剂对硫酸的萃取率比三辛胺提高了495%.A new kind of extractant in which the main component is di tertiary amine,2,4 bis(N,N dibutyl amino) dodecylbenzene, was prepared from dodecylbenzene through nitration, hydrogenation and N alkylation. The nitration was conducted in twice with mixed acid, the yield was 92.6 % ; the hydrogenation was conducted under 55 ℃, 1.2~0.5 MPa, 5 % Pd C ( w ) as catalyst, the yield was 92.0 %. By using quaternary ammonium salt phase transfer catalyst, the N alkylation was conducted in aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, under refluxing temperature, the yield of main product was no less than 48.6 %. Under extracting conditions of using 2 ethyl hexanol as diluent, phase ratio 1, and temperature 25 ℃, its percentage extraction on sulfuric acid was 49.5 % higher than that of trioctylamine.
