摘　　要：目的探讨老年吸入性肺炎患者的临床特点及护理对策。方法对136例老年吸入性肺炎患者在药物治疗的同时,重视全身综合性护理,根据病情有针对性地给予相应的护理计划和对策,并给予有效的健康指导。结果 136例老年吸入性肺炎患者治愈88例(64.7%),好转37例(27.2%),死亡11例(8.1%)。结论合理化的护理是改善老年吸入性肺炎患者预后,提高其治疗成功率的重要措施之一。Objective To investigate the clinical features and nursing strategy in senile patients with aspiration pneumonia.Methods One hundred and thirty-six senile patients with aspiration pneumonia were treated,simultaneously comprehensive nursing was conducted,and according to different clinical manifestations of different station,professional and effective health guide were provided.Results Among the 136 cases,88 cases were cured,37 cases were improved,and 11 cases were dead.Conclusions Rationalization of nursing is one of the important measures to improve the prognosis and treatment success rates of patients.
