摘　　要：油田进入高含水开发后期,低沉没度井数不断增加,油田地质条件日趋恶劣,油套管柱扭曲变形,抽油井的杆管工况恶化,杆管偏磨问题日益突出。鉴于此,研制开发了DCB-22型抽油杆多功能保护器。该工具具有中途吸震、自磨、自动旋转、自动偏移的功能,较好地解决了杆管偏磨、抽油杆柱震荡和脱扣等问题,在杆管偏磨防治技术方面取得了较大的进展和较好的经济效益。With oilfields getting into the high water cut later stage,the number of well of low submergence depth is larger and larger,and geological structure gets worse and worse,which makes casing and oil tube deformed.Operational mode of oil tube and pump rod gets very bad,and eccentric wear between the rod and the oil tube gets more and more serious.In view of that,DCB-22 multiple purpose defender of pump rod has been developed.The defender can be autogenetic grinding and windmilling,deflect automatically,sink shock before the shock reach rod.It has solved the problems very well,such as eccentric wear protection,shockproof of pump rod,guarding against screw off.The invention of the defender of pump ensures us a great progress and good cost effectiveness in controlling the eccentric wear.
