高校体育教育专业学生职业决策自我效能的现状研究——以海南师范大学为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查法对海南师范大学体育教育专业毕业生职业决策自我效能现状进行调查研究,结果表明:高校体育系体育教育专业临近毕业学生职业决策自我效能总体超出中等水平,在自我评价、收集信息、选择目标、制定规划、问题解决五个维度上的得分相近,均超出中值。找出存在的原因,并进行总结归纳,以期对高校体育教育毕业生就业提供帮助。With the research methods of literature study and questionnaire investigation,the paper makes researches about the current self-efficacy of occupational decision of university P.E.majors.The research shows that the self-efficacy of occupational decision of university P.E.major seniors is moderate and the scores of self-estimate,information collection,goal selection,plan making and problem solving are close to each other and beyond the moderate score.
