摘　　要：介绍了高温熔体压力传感器的结构及原理，用一组实验数据说明了温度对传感器测量精度的影响，介绍了一套实用的传送放大接口电路，分析了在聚合物挤出测压过程中可能的测量误差来源，并提出了相应的对策。The structure and principle of melt pressure sensor at high temperature are reviewed. The effect of the temperature variations on the precision of the sensor obtained through a series of experimental tests is presented in this paper. The interface transmission and amplification are described. Derivations due to pressure measurement inaccuracies are discussed and a correlation method is proposed.
