中美大学主导型农业科技推广体系的比较研究——以西北农林科技大学农业科技推广模式为例

摘　　要：社会经济转型过程中,农业大学主导型农业科技推广逐步进入探索建设阶段。论文以西北农林科技大学建设的"一体两翼"农业科技推广模式为例,同美国以大学为主的农业推广体系在法律和制度保障、资金保障、组织机构、职能和任务、推广体系的地位以及试验站的特点和作用等六个方面进行了比较,提出了我国大学主导型农业科技推广体系建设应借鉴的经验。University-based agricultural extension model emerged in response to the multiple demands for agricultural development in the social-economic transition.Northwest AF University has been exploring an agricultural extension model,one body two wings,to serve the rural communities,which as a case is compared with the university-based agricultural extension（also called cooperative extension system） in U.S in terms of institutional and legal basis,financial support,organizational constitution,function and task imposed,overall position of university-based agricultural extension as well as the role of experiment stations of agricultural universities.Implications to the construction of university-based agricultural extension in China are discussed.
