摘　　要：如今,全球正处于一场以低碳经济为主的能源革命中,世界主要发达国家纷纷把发展智能电网作为抢占未来低碳经济制高点的重要战略措施,掀起了一场智能电网的建设热潮。本文通过国内外的能源发展战略和智能电网的发展形势,结合电力设计咨询行业的自身行业特点,论述了电力设计咨询行业如何抓住智能电网建设的机遇,布局谋划,发挥设计咨询企业在电网建设中的龙头作用,着力推动能源革命的快速发展,以行业产品及服务的全面提升推进智能电网的建设。Nowadays the world is in the energy revolution that is dominated by a low-carbon economy.The major developed countries have put the development of smart grid as an important strategy to be the market-leading nation of low-carbon economy in the future.A boom of the smart power grid construction is sweeping across the world.This paper,through the strategy of domestic and international energy development and the situation of smart grid developments,discusses the power design consulting industry how to seize the opportunity for the construction of smart grid,lay out,plan,as well as play the leading role of the power design consulting industry in power grid construction combining with the power design consulting industry and its own characteristics.The purpose is to focus on promoting the rapid development of energy revolution and the construction of smart grid with comprehensively upgrading industrial services and products.
