通心络胶囊对老年原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚及C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨通心络胶囊对老年高血压患者左心室肥厚及C反应蛋白的影响。方法:将90例老年原发性高血压患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组给予厄贝沙坦常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊,疗程6个月。分别于治疗前和治疗6个月后检测左心室肥厚指标和C反应蛋白(CRP),并观察患者的血压变化及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后左心室肥厚指标较治疗前均降低,且治疗组疗效优于对照组。对照组治疗后CRP未见明显下降,而治疗组CRP下降明显,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不良反应均较少,两者比较无统计学意义。结论:通心络胶囊和厄贝沙坦均能有效改善原发性高血压患者的左心室肥厚,其中通心络胶囊加厄贝沙坦疗效更为明显,且通心络胶囊可有效降低老年高血压患者CRP。Purpose： To discuss the influence of Tongxinluo Capsule on LVH and CRP.Methods： To divide 90 senile primary hypertension patients randomly into two groups,one is the treat group and the other is the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Irbesartan regular treatment while the patients in the treat group were treated with Tongxinluo Capsules on the base of regular treatment.The therapy period of each group was both 6 months.Examine the LVH and CRP 6 months before and after the therapy as well as the blood pressure change and adverse reaction of patients.Results： Comparing to the index before therapy,the LVH index of each group was lower than before,and the therapeutic effect on the treat group is better than on the control group.The decline of CRP in the Control Group is unapparent than in the Treat Group which has a significant difference by P0.05.Conclusion： Both Tongxinluo Capsule and Irbesartan can effectively relieve LVH and CRP of senile primary hypertension patients.The adverse effects of both are few and no statistical significance exits while comparing the two.Tongxinluo Capsule with Irbesartan treatment is especially effective.In addition,Tongxinluo Capsule helps to decrease the CRP of senile primary hypertension patients.
