摘 要:为探讨UEA补偿收缩混凝土在高层建筑地下防水的应用,将UEA补偿收缩混凝土与传统防水材料进行了对比,并对UEA补偿收缩混凝土的防水原理、应用范围和技术要点进行了剖析,发现UEA补偿收缩混凝土能够实现结构自防水,有着施工简单、方便、可靠,耐久性强、可缩短工期、节约成本、无环境污染、不受季节影响等优点。对我国沿海某地下工程采用UEA补偿收缩混凝土的实例进行了分析,UEA补偿收缩混凝土是高层建筑地下防水的理想材料。In order to explore the application of UEA shrinkage-compensating concrete in underground waterproofing of high-rise building,the article compared the new material with the traditional ones,analysed the living examples of the use for underground waterproofing in the construction of high-rise building in the coastal regions in China,and discussed its principle of waterproofing,limits of application and technical essentials.UEA has the function of waterproofing in the construction itself and has some advantages such as being easy,convenient,reliable,durable,economical in use and without environmental pollution.And it could decrease the time of construction and would not be influenced by seasons.UEA is an ideal material in underground waterproofing of high-rise building and will be used widely.
