摘　　要：运用高级编程语言,将计算机网络应用技术与动植物病害诊断原理相结合,创建了一个能在Internet上运行的动植物病害智能诊断系统,使病害诊断这一专业性、技术性很强的问题变得简便易行,推动了农业科技在非专业技术人员中的普及、推广及其在网上的传播与利用。In this paper,an intelligent diagnosis system of animal and plant diseases that can run on the Internet using advanced programming language was described.By this system,the diagnosis was simplified and it was helpful for the extension and application of agricultural techniques on Internet.
