摘　　要：高校图书馆信息服务要以用户需求为出发点,以满足用户需求为目标。阐述了网络环境下用户在图书馆信息资源、获取信息的途径、信息服务方式等方面的需求变化,提出了适应用户需求变化的服务理念以及新型的信息资源保障体系及服务模式。Information services of library in colleges and universities are aimed at satisfying the demands of customers.In this paper,the changes of information resources demands,information acquisition means and information service patterns in library under network environment were described,and then the service philosophy adapted to the demand changes of customers was proposed,as well as the new styles of information resources guarantee system and service model.
