摘　　要：学术期刊的稿件采编系统具有作者在线投稿、专家在线审稿以及编辑在线加工处理稿件等功能,通过计算机网络,实现了稿件从收稿到发稿的全程数字化管理,同时建立了数据齐全、操作简便的作者、审稿专家和稿件的数据库,相对于传统的操作方法和管理模式,大大提高了工作效率。该系统还具有网刊发布、管理以及期刊征订和发行处理等功能,其对各种数据的统计分析功能可为期刊社的进一步发展提供决策支持。A manuscript management system is applied in editing academic .journals, which can greatly contribute to the compilation of the journals by means of online submission, online review and online processing through network. The system is very convenient for authors, reviewers and editors. It can realize digitalization of managing the whole procedure from paper calling, receiving, reviewing and editing, so as to greatly improve the work efficiency, as compared with the traditional way of operation and management. At the same time it establishes a complete paper database. The system also has functions of network publishing, journal ordering and issuing, as well as statistical analysis. The function can provide a decision support in further development for the editorial office.
