摘  要:对喷雾干燥过程中旋风分离器工作过程及其分离原理做了简要介绍,给出了旋风分离器内三维流场以及颗粒轨道的数学模型,运用雷诺应力模型(RSM)对其进行了三维数值模拟.数值模拟得到了旋风分离器内三维气体流场以及颗粒的运动轨迹,获得了旋风分离器在不同进口风速下的进出口压降和不同粒径下的分离效率.模拟计算结果可供旋风分离器设计及应用提供一定的参考.The working processes and principles of cyclone separator were introduced in this paper.The mathematical models of the three-dimensional flow fields and trajectory of particles in cyclone separators were established.The Reynolds Stress Model(RSM) was used to compute the field.The three-dimensional flow fields and trajectory of particles were obtained by numerical simulation.The differential pressures between inlet and outlet of cyclone separator under different inlet air velocities and separative efficiencies and different particle diameters were also obtained by numerical calculation.The results can provide a reference for designing and applications of cyclone separator.
