摘　　要：综述了生存质量的概念及其意义,分析国内外常用生存质量量表的内容与应用现状。认为目前缺乏适用于我国脑卒中病人的生存质量专用量表,有必要通过跨文化适宜量表探讨我国脑卒中病人的生存质量现状。It reviewed the concept and significance of quality of life, and analyzed the content and applied status quo of common quality of life scale in abroad and at home. It thought that at present special scale for quality of life of patient with cerebral apoplexy in China was short, and it was essential to probe into the status quo of quality of life of patient with cerebral apoplexy in China through spanning culture eligible scale.
